Carnival Entry Form

Please complete the form below, or complete the paper form, no later than 30th June 2020.

Classes 1 to 6 (foot characters)

Book in at St Thomas More’s School, Palace Road, between 12.30pm and 1pm. Judging takes place between 1pm and 2pm.

Classes 10 to 14 (vehicle entries)

Book in at St Anne’s Primary School, Lightwood Road, between 11am and 12 noon.
Judging takes place between 12 noon and 1.30pm.

Classes 20 to 23 (Royalty in the procession)

Book in at St Thomas More’s School, Palace Road, between 12 noon and 1pm. Judging takes place between 1pm and 2pm.

The Procession starts at 2pm.

Please note for Class 12 (Tradesman’s Turnout) and Class 13 (Best Kept Trade Vehicle) one entry free per business; second vehicle £20, third vehicle £30, Fourth vehicle £40 and so on. Payable upon vehicle check-in.

Please note that entrants are responsible for safety and any claims for damage, injury etc.

All Owners/Drivers of participating vehicles or person in charge of vehicles, must ensure that they have valid insurance for injury to passengers travelling in or on their vehicle. No liability will be accepted by Buxton Wells Dressing Festival Committee.
